Let’s Get Your Location Working

Safari on iPhone

To allow location access for Safari on your iPhone follow these steps:

  1. Open the Settings app
  2. Tap Privacy & Security
  3. Tap Location Services and make sure it is on
  4. Scroll down the list of apps and tap Safari Websites
  5. Choose the option: While using the app

Once you've made the change, go back to Safari and reload this page.

Chrome on Android

To allow location access for Chrome on your Android, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Settings app
  2. Tap Location and make sure it's on
  3. tap App permissions or App access to location (wording may vary by device)
  4. Find and tap Chrome
  5. Select the option: Allow only while using the app

Once you've made the change, go back to Chrome and reload this page.

If this page is still not getting access to your location:

  1. Open the Chrome app
  2. Tap the 3-dot menu (top right), then go to Settings
  3. Tap Site settings > Location
  4. Make sure the toggle is turned on, and check the list of blocked sites at the bottom. If selfnavigatingcars.com is blocked, tap it and choose "Clear & reset" to allow future requests.
